Lleida.net reports 33% EBITDA growth in Q2 2025

Madrid, 28 July. – Technology services company Lleida.net (BME: LLN) (EPA: ALLN) (OTCQX: LLEIF) recorded an EBITDA of €971,000 in the second quarter of 2025, a 33% increase compared to the same period last year, according to preliminary results published today.

This performance was driven by a marked increase in revenue from its registered notification and registered contracting services, both of which delivered double-digit growth.

During the quarter, the company’s profit before tax rose to €296,000, up 97% on Q2 2024.

Total revenue for the period amounted to €4.84 million, broadly matching last year’s figure.

For the six months ended 30 June 2025, the company reported cumulative revenue of €10.13 million, representing a 6% year-on-year increase.

Cumulative EBITDA reached €2.195 million, up 57% compared to the previous year.

Pre-tax profit for the first half of 2025 climbed to €937,000, two and a half times higher than the figure reported by mid-2024.

"Once again, the company has posted double-digit growth, with results that clearly demonstrate the effectiveness of our current strategy, which focuses on strengthening commercial operations and enhancing our technology division," said Sisco Sapena, CEO and founder of the company.

Net financial debt stood at €6.29 million, down from €7.41 million at the end of 2024.

The best-performing business line this quarter was registered electronic notification, which grew by 22% to €643,000.

Registered electronic contracting also expanded, increasing by 15% to €904,000.

The ICX Wholesale segment declined by 8%, while the Other SaaS division fell by 39%.

The company’s SMS solutions recorded a 14% increase in revenue, reaching €1.14 million compared to the same quarter last year.

Founded in 1995, Lleida.net is one of Europe’s leading providers of registered notification, contracting and signature services.

The company holds over 300 patents in more than 60 countries covering registered notification, contracting and electronic signature technologies.

Its shares are currently listed on BME Growth (Madrid), where it has traded for the past ten years, as well as on Euronext Paris, OTCQX in New York, and the Stuttgart and Frankfurt stock exchanges.

 

In June, the company became the first BME Growth-listed firm to achieve full gender parity on its Board of Directors, following the appointment of four new independent female directors.
